A selection of general terms when shopping in our store:
We offer a full 180-day return policy (14 days for used items) starting from the day you receive your item.
Within the first 14 days of your return right, you may return an item even if it has been used. However, you must cover any potential loss in value of the item. The loss in value is determined by the resale value estimated by RunningXpert.com.
No parallel imports – we only trade with official suppliers.

On www.RunningXpert.com, you can submit orders online.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days. In case of delivery delays, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. If a regular product and a delayed product are ordered together, all items will be shipped simultaneously.
All prices on www.RunningXpert.com are set in EURO, including VAT.
All prices are daily prices and are regularly updated.

How to Shop in Our Store
To make a purchase on RunningXpert.com, follow these steps:

  1. Find the item(s) you wish to buy and add them to your cart. You can always view the cart contents by clicking "Cart" at the top of the screen.

  2. Modify your order if needed and proceed by clicking "Checkout."

  3. Enter your personal details. If you have shopped with us before, simply enter your email address and the password you created previously.

  4. Add a comment to the order if necessary.

  5. Verify that all information is correct. You can adjust the order and shipping/billing addresses. Read and accept our terms of sale and confirm the order. By doing so, you also accept our reservation regarding pricing errors.

  6. Pay by entering your card details in the payment window or use iDEAL.


Payment
On RunningXpert.com, you can pay by credit card.
If you pay with a Mastercard or debit card, the amount will be reserved on your account before RunningXpert.com withdraws the funds. If you cancel your order, your funds may not be released until 30 days after placing the order. RunningXpert.com has no control over this – it is the financial institution that reserves these funds.

Create a Customer Account / Become a Member
If you choose to create an account (registration for the RunningXpert Club), you agree to receive emails containing news and promotions. You can unsubscribe from the mailing service by writing to serviceclient@runningxpert.com.


Additional Terms
– 180-day full return and exchange right from the receipt of the product (also valid for gift cards). For items with custom prints (club clothing) or specially made products, the return right is void if the customer accepted this before production began. You must return the item before the return deadline or notify us of your intention to return the item. You then have 14 days to return the item.
– You can exchange items by returning them to RunningXpert.com. If you need a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. Each item must be returned in its original packaging. The original packaging is an important part of the item’s value and is crucial for us to resell it to another customer. Therefore, you must return the item in its original packaging to exercise your return right. You may open the package and inspect the item, but be careful with the original packaging when doing so. If the item is packaged in sealed hard plastic or neutral plastic bags, envelopes, or similar packaging, you do not need to return the original packaging.
– A printable return label is included in all orders (unless you pick up the order yourself at RunningXpert). Returns using our return label cost €5.50, which will be deducted from your refund. The label is generated when you create an online return request.
– You may return an item even if it has been used within the first 14 days of the return period, but in this case, you must cover any loss in value. The loss in value is determined by the amount RunningXpert.com can earn from reselling the item.
– You are only responsible for a loss in value if the item has been handled in a way beyond what is necessary to determine its type, properties, and functionality. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been tried as described above, we consider it used. This means that when returning an item, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the product. To receive a full refund, you may handle the item as you would in a physical store, but you may not use the item as if it were your own.
– The customer chooses the shipping method for returns, but we recommend using a tracked and insured service. If you return the item to RunningXpert.com using a drop-off point, the service may take longer, as we collect packages from drop-off points once a week.
– When returning an item, the receipt or a copy must be included.

– Customers shopping on RunningXpert.com must be of legal age.
– Purchases can be canceled by returning the order to RunningXpert.com or by returning it in person to the address above.
– EU consumer protection laws apply.
– Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed.


Returns
– As a consumer, you have a 2-year return right after receiving the item. Depending on the case, this means the item may be repaired, exchanged, refunded, or you may receive a discount. This is subject to the legitimacy of the return.
– Returns must be shipped or delivered in person to the address above. (RunningXpert.com does not require specific shipping methods, but we recommend obtaining proof of shipment when returning items to us, in case of postal loss). When returning watches/GPS devices, we encourage you to contact RunningXpert.com first to ensure faster repair processing.
– All return-related inquiries must be sent via email to serviceclient@runningxpert.com or by phone at 0805 112 546.


Exchanges/Returns
– At RunningXpert.com, we process returns and exchanges promptly.
– We aim to exchange or refund the amount as soon as we unpack the return package, so you do not have to wait unnecessarily for your return to be processed.
– Whether you wish to exchange your item or receive a refund, you will receive a credit note via email.
– This credit note will indicate which item was received and, if applicable, which item we returned to you.
– If we have returned an item to you, it will be marked with a minus symbol.
– If you wish to receive a refund, the money will be transferred to your credit card. The funds should be available in your account within 2-8 business days.
