Return Policy
Products must be returned in their original packaging, except in the case of defective products. Items must be returned in good condition, free of stains, signs of wear, or other damage.
When returning a product, please use the original packaging and protect it with plastic or a cardboard box.
The shipment of your return package and obtaining proof of shipment from the carrier are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds

The return fee is €7.50, which will be deducted from your refund if you use the return label we provide.
The refund amount will be credited to the card used for the original payment.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed to your card (up to 30 days for Mastercard).
Returns take 5-6 business days to ship from France to Denmark.
Warranty Claims

We process all warranty claims within 1-3 business days after receiving the product.
Whenever possible, we will issue a standard exchange for the same new product (if the claim is approved and the product is in stock).
Warranty claims for Garmin products are handled by Garmin Nordic, and the processing time may be longer.
