Delivery Information
Orders placed before 8 PM Monday to Friday and before 2 PM on Sunday are shipped the same day.
Delivery time: 3-4 days

Package Returns
Returns cost €6.50 if you use our return label (received in your package or created via our website: https://www.pokaino.shop/fr/returns). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you ship the package using another method, you must send it to our address in Denmark.
